Healthy Living

"First we eat, then we do everything else." Food is one of the very important thing in our life, without this, we can't live. Nutrition is the process of obtaining the food necessary for health and growth, so it is also important. But some foods aren't healthy. Now a days, people prefers past food than healthy foods which is the natural food that is though to have healthy giving qualities. Therefore, it can give some diseases that can lead us to death.

Healthy meal is important, but others used to buy any food they want, not even minding if it is healthy. And with that, people die early, they don't get enough nutrients. They will get sick and can't do their daily tasks. So let's balance what we eat. We need to balance food types which you eat, to get all necessary nutrients. It's a good pint to limit the flesh foods, but it isn't necessary to avoid them. Also assure if the food is safe for you to have energy to do heavy works. And one of the best way of assuring your health is by planting. Just like what the theme says "Ugaliing Magtanim, Sapat na Nutrisyon Aanihin," we need to plant to get some benefits from it like saving money and can live life longer.

So let's do it all! Eat well, live well and be well!
